Name and TIDM Change

Dublin, Ireland, 5 February 2026 - Talisman announces it has now received approval from the Companies Registration Office for its name change to Talisman Metals PLC after a shareholder vote on 27 January 2026 approving such change. As such, on 6 February 2026 it is expected that trading in the name Talisman Metals PLC on AIM with the TIDM 'TLM' will become effective.
